What we hold, and what we refuse to.

We advise on other people's data risk, so we hold ourselves to the standard we would sell.Last updated 8 August 2026.

What we collect

• Enquiry details: your organisation, role, work email, and what prompted the conversation, used to reply and to do the work.
• Engagement records for clients, kept for as long as the professional and legal relationship requires.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your data.
• Pass what we learn in an engagement to any third party to influence an assessment of you.
• Run advertising trackers on you.

Your rights

Where the UK and EU GDPR apply, you can see what we hold, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere, and object to a use. Ask at privacy@virtueandvoltage.com and we act within a month, usually sooner.
